Apple and Raisin Chutney

This was one of Lady Hanson’s favourites when she had a mild curry

Serves: 4
Time: 10 minutes
You Will Need


1 apple, peeled cored and chopped
1 tablespoon, seedless raisins
1 Pinch, of cayenne pepper
1pinch, of paprika pepper
¼ teaspoon of salt
One pinch, of sugar
Juice of one lemon

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together, add the salt and sugar to taste, and lemon juice to sharpen. Serve immediately.
